Listing is completely free until 1 December 2027. From that date the platform moves to an annual membership, and Premium is bought separately when you want to sit above everyone else.

Free until 1 December 2027The table below applies from 1 December 2027 and covers every listing — properties and services alike. Membership is paid per listing, and the price per listing falls with the number of listings on the account.

What does membership include?
Annual membership covers publishing the listing — a property or a service — on Stan na dan Srbija, plus additional promotion on relevant classifieds and social networks, according to the type of listing and each platform's own rules.
The aim is for your listing to get as much visibility as possible, so you receive more enquiries and bookings without having to post it in several places yourself.

Premium is switched on for a listing that is already published, from your listings page.
How the two fit together
Not either-or. Membership keeps a listing published; Premium is bought on top of one that already is.
Annual membership
Keeps your listing published and promoted — on the site, on classifieds and on social media. It is free until 1 December 2027.
Premium placement
Bought when you want to sit above everyone else: a place on the homepage and higher ranking in search, for anything from 30 days to 12 months.
Premium does not replace membership and cannot be bought without it.

Billing questions
Does a guest pay anything?
No. Guests pay no fee to the site and nothing for a booking - everything is agreed directly with the host.
How long is listing free?
Until 1 December 2027, for every listing on the account — properties and services — and with no publishing fee. From that date the membership table applies, and we get in touch in good time before anything changes.
What if I join after 1 December 2027?
Owners who join after that date get 60 days to try the service free, with no obligation to continue. After the trial you decide whether to carry on with an annual membership.
I have several listings - how is that charged?
Until 1 December 2027 you pay nothing, however many listings you have. From that date membership is paid per listing (a property or a service), and the price per listing falls with the number of listings: 60 € for 2-5, 55 € for 6-10 and 50 € for 11-20. Above 20 we agree a price.
What happens when Premium expires?
The listing stays featured until the end of the paid period and then returns to standard. It is not deleted and keeps its photos and reviews.
Can I turn Premium on later?
Yes, at any time, without republishing the listing.
