Common questions
Is listing really free?
Yes. Until 1 December 2027 publishing is completely free, however many listings you have. After that the annual membership is €70 per listing, less if you have more. We never ask for a card, so nothing can be charged without you knowing.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. The guest contacts you directly and pays you. We are not part of the arrangement and take no percentage.
What do I need to publish?
An email address, a phone number, the address of the place and at least five photos. Amenities, house rules and price you enter step by step.
When will my listing be visible?
Straight away. It appears on the site and on your city's page as soon as you publish, with no waiting for approval.
Can I edit or delete the listing later?
Yes, at any time, from your account: price, photos, description, contact or the whole listing.
How do guests contact me?
The listing has buttons for a call, WhatsApp and Viber. You can add several numbers and choose which one each listing shows.
