For guests
From search to agreement is usually one phone call.

Choose a city, accommodation type, price and number of guests. You can follow the results on the map as well.

Compare
Open a property: photos, amenities, guest ratings and the price per night in euros - with no fees added at the end.

Contact the host
Call, or write on WhatsApp or Viber. The message opens prefilled with the property you are viewing.

Agree on the stay
Dates, payment and the key handover are agreed directly with the owner. You pay the site nothing.
For hosts
Advertising is free until 1 December 2027. After that there is an annual membership, and Premium is bought on top whenever you want it.

Create an account
Sign up with your email or Google account and confirm your phone number with a code sent by SMS.

Publish your property
Three steps: place and capacity, photos and amenities, then the price per night. At least five photos are required.

Take the calls
Your property goes live as soon as you publish it, and guests call and message your number. You arrange everything yourself.

Stand out when you want
Until 1 December 2027 advertising costs nothing; from that date there is an annual membership per property (€50–70, cheaper the more you have). Premium, from 1,990 RSD for 30 days, is separate — it puts the property on the homepage and higher in search.

Phone call
The "Call the owner" button opens your dialler with the host's number.
The chat opens with a prepared message about the place you are viewing.
Viber
The most common way to arrange things in Serbia - the chat opens straight in the app.

Premium property details →Do I pay the site anything?
Guests pay nothing. For hosts, advertising is free until 1 December 2027; from that date there is an annual membership per property (€50–70). Premium can be bought on top, before or after. There is no commission on stays either way.
How is the stay paid for?
Directly to the host, however the two of you agree - cash or transfer. No payment for a stay ever goes through the site.
Is my booking confirmed once I send a message?
No. The host confirms the dates in your conversation. The site does not hold a calendar or confirm bookings.
How long until my property is published?
There is no wait. Your property is live the moment you publish it, and our team reviews it afterwards to keep the catalogue tidy. Once published, you can edit or delete it at any time.
How does Premium work, and does it renew by itself?
Premium is bought per property, for the period you choose, and does not renew by itself. The property is highlighted until the paid period ends, then it returns to the standard placement and stays published. You can cancel the request until the payment is confirmed.
