Terms of use

Stan na Dan Srbija is a listings portal where hosts publish short-term accommodation in Serbia and service providers publish their services for travellers and hosts. Visitors browse the listings and contact the advertiser directly, by phone, WhatsApp or Viber.

We are not a real estate agency, a travel agency or a booking intermediary. We charge no commission on stays, and neither accommodation nor services are paid for through the portal. We charge only for advertising: an annual membership per listing, from 1 December 2027, and the optional Premium listing.

By using the portal you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the portal.

The portal is operated by Mirjana Bačević PR Veb portali SND Pančevo, Karađorđeva 109/5, Pančevo, Serbia, tax ID (PIB) 115952990, registration number 68775868. In these terms "the portal", "we" and "our" mean that service provider.

When you agree on a stay or a service, the contract is formed solely between the guest and the host, or the customer and the service provider. Stan na Dan Srbija is not a party to that contract and does not guarantee its performance.

Price, payment method, cancellation terms, guest registration, the condition of the property and the resolution of any misunderstandings are matters between the guest and the host. We recommend confirming everything you agree in writing, by message or email.

An account is created with an email address and password, or with a Google account. You confirm the email address with a code or link we send you, and your phone number with a one-time code delivered by SMS.

Only adults may open an account. The data you enter must be accurate and your own. An account is personal and must not be handed over to anyone else.

You are responsible for access to your email address, password and phone number. If you lose control of any of them or suspect misuse, tell us immediately so we can lock the account.

How we collect and use your personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

If you publish a property, you accept the following:

• the details in the property - location, capacity, price, amenities and availability - must be accurate and up to date;
• you must have the right to rent out that property and to publish information about it;
• photos must show the actual property and you must have the right to use them;
• you alone are responsible for complying with the Serbian rules on renting out accommodation, including categorisation, guest registration and tax obligations - we do not check this and do not take it on for you;
• the contact details you publish must be correct, and you should answer guest enquiries within a reasonable time.

A property that does not meet these conditions may be amended, temporarily hidden or removed by us.

The same rules apply to service providers and their listings.

The content you publish remains yours. By publishing it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store it, adapt it to screen sizes and display it on the portal, and to use it to promote your listing and the portal elsewhere: on our social media accounts, on other listing sites and in messages we send to users.

The licence lasts while the listing is published and ends when it is deleted. Posts about your listing that we made elsewhere are removed within a reasonable time of the deletion or of your request. The exceptions are copies in printed or cached material and records we are required to keep by law.

Advertising is free until 1 December 2027. From that date an annual membership is paid for each published listing, at the prices on the Pricing page. We notify you by email at least 30 days before the free period, and each paid membership, ends.

Membership is never charged automatically: you pay it only if you want the listing to stay published. A listing whose membership has not been paid may be hidden until it is renewed; its details and photos stay saved in your account.

Premium is an optional service for greater property visibility. It is paid per property and per period, starting at 1,990 RSD for 30 days; the current price list is on the Pricing page.

Premium is bought for the period you choose and does not renew by itself. When the period ends the property stays published and returns to the standard placement; you can buy another period whenever you like.

Membership and Premium are paid by bank transfer: you receive the payment details and an IPS QR code. The period starts when we record the payment. We issue the invoice. We do not collect or store payment card numbers.

Premium increases the visibility of a property on the portal, but it does not guarantee any number of calls, enquiries or bookings.

If you buy the service as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of payment, without giving a reason, by a statement sent to office@stannadansrbija.rs. Because the service starts immediately at your request, in that case we refund the proportionate part of the price for the unused period.

If we cannot provide a paid service for reasons on our side, we extend the period by the time lost or refund the proportionate part of the price, at your choice.

Send a complaint about a paid service (membership or Premium) to office@stannadansrbija.rs, with a description of the problem and the payment details.

We confirm receipt of the complaint, reply within 8 days at the latest, and resolve an accepted complaint within 15 days of receiving it.

The following is not allowed on the portal:

• publishing fake, misleading or duplicate properties;
• using photos or text belonging to someone else without permission;
• sending unsolicited messages or advertising services unrelated to accommodation;
• automated scraping of content, overloading the system or circumventing security measures;
• refusing guests or treating them less favourably on the basis of a personal characteristic;
• any content or action contrary to the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

Properties are published immediately, without prior approval. Our team reviews them afterwards, and also when we receive a report or spot a problem ourselves.

We may hide or remove a property and temporarily or permanently restrict an account if these terms are breached. We tell you the reason, unless the law forbids it. In cases of fraud or unlawful content we act immediately.

Report a problematic property or message to office@stannadansrbija.rs. If you disagree with our decision, you can appeal to the same address and we will review it.

A review can be left by a signed-in user who stayed at the property or used the service, and it should describe a personal experience. One review per user per listing is allowed, and you cannot review your own listing.

We remove reviews containing insults, hate speech, personal data of third parties, advertising or plainly untrue claims. We do not remove a review merely because it is negative.

We send every account holder the messages that are part of the service: account confirmation, notices about a listing, reviews, membership and the Premium period, and notices of changes to these terms.

Hosts and service providers who publish a listing are also subscribed to a newsletter with news about the portal. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every message, and doing so does not affect your account or your listing.

We aim to keep the portal running without interruption, but we may pause it for maintenance, upgrades or technical faults. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Accommodation details are entered by hosts. We do not guarantee their accuracy, the quality of a property, or the conduct of guests and hosts.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from the relationship between guest and host, including cancellations, the condition of a property and payment disputes.

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for intentional harm or gross negligence, or the rights consumers have under mandatory Serbian law.

The name Stan na Dan Srbija, the logo, the design, the texts we write ourselves, the property database as a whole and the portal software are our property or are used under licence. They may not be copied or used without our written permission.

You can delete your account at any time: send a request to office@stannadansrbija.rs from the phone number or email address linked to the account. We confirm and carry out the deletion without delay.

We may terminate the agreement with 15 days of advance notice, and without delay in the event of a serious breach of these terms. If we terminate through no fault of yours, we refund the proportionate part of the paid membership and Premium period for the unused time.

We may change these terms. We will tell you about significant changes at least 15 days before they take effect, by email or with an in-app notice. If you do not agree with a change, you can delete your account before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia.

We first try to settle disputes by agreement. If that fails, the competent court at our registered seat has jurisdiction. Consumers keep the right to bring a claim before the court of their place of residence and the right to out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes under Serbian law.
